Help Haiti Now

Many of our supporters have asked how they can assist the people of Haiti in the wake of the most destructive earthquake in the country’s history.

Many fine organizations are providing invaluable help. Two of the organizations that we highly esteem are Catholic Relief Services and Partners in Health. Both have long track records of effective operations in Haiti.

CRS is mobilizing food and gearing up emergency capacity, and deploying prepositioned emergency shelter and hygiene kits in Haiti, as well as bringing supplies in from the neighboring Dominican Republic. You can donate online to CRS at www.crs.org.

With hospitals and medical staff already in Haiti, Partners In Health is mobilizing resources and preparing plans to bring medical assistance and supplies to areas that have been hardest hit. In Boston, PIH procurement and development teams are fielding numerous offers of support and arranging to deliver resources as quickly as possible to the places where they are needed most.
